Potatoes with mushrooms in the city
I represent to Your attention my version of a mushroom dinner. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Roots

    2 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Fry in oil chopped onion and carrot, chopped into slices

Add chopped mushrooms. Add salt to taste. Stir. Fry for about 10 minutes.

In a large pot on the bottom pour oil, put diced potatoes. Add Bay leaf, pepper, coriander, parsley root and curry. Stir and simmer under a lid, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.

Add the mushrooms to the potatoes. Stir. And simmer 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until tender.
