Cooking
The ingredients you need to cook a dessert.
Peel the peaches from the skin, cut in half and remove the pits. Put the fruit in a separate bowl, add the honey, lemon zest, lemon juice and cognac.
Place the peaches in a preheated 180 degree oven and warm for 15 minutes.
Egg yolk mash in a separate bowl with the sugar.
Now add the curd, semolina, washed and dried with a towel or napkin raisins, chopped almonds and syrup, obtained by stewing the peaches, and stir. Then put whipped earlier protein, and mix well again.
The resulting mass is put on the peaches. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Table ready for dessert, serve slightly chilled. Bon appetit!
