Balls of rice and quinoa
Very tasty, original balls-candy from a mixture of rice and quinoa "Quinoa and basmati rice Mix" with the addition of cottage cheese and dried apricots. Even the fussiest of eaters who refuse rice porridge, happy to eat them! Highly recommended!

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

Prepare the necessary products.

I was prepared from a mixture of rice with quinoa "Quinoa and basmati rice Mix" from the Mistral.

Boiled according to the instructions, we need 100 gr of rice with quinoa. Left to cool.

The apricots were boiled for 3-5 minutes, then finely sliced.

The cheese added some condensed milk, and rubbed through a sieve ( to break the blender)

In the pureed cottage cheese I added dried apricots.

Butter melted, I added sugar, stirred, cooled and the mixture poured into the cheese.

In cottage cheese added the cooled rice.

All is well mixed.

Almonds before it had been shredded with a knife.

From the resulting curd-rice mixture shaped beads. Roll them in cocoa powder, then the almonds.

Put in freezer for 1 hour.

I like these balls when they are out of the freezer, tastes like ice cream.
