Spicy beef stew
A hearty meat dish stewed with vegetables and spices. I had to figure out what to do with meat, and the fridge was just fresh vegetables. And here was this stew!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Prunes

    15 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Ramsons

  • Almonds

    1 handful

  • Greens

  • Spices

Cooking

My meat, remove the fat. Cut into large slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and simmer.

Mushrooms cut into plates and add them to the meat. You can use ready frozen. Carrots cut into strips or cubes and also in the pan.

When the meat is half cooked, cut green onion, add to meat.

Now soak the prunes, remove the stones, cut and meat.

And the almonds. Salt, add spices. Stew everything under a lid.

Near the end we cut the large tomatoes and throw in the pan.

Throw the finely chopped wild garlic.

And herbs: parsley, dill, Basil. Stir again and simmer under the lid. When it's ready - enjoy!
