Cooking

step-0
Products for baking the cake. In advance to get butter and eggs out of the fridge. Rinse the raisins and soak in hot water.
step-1
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy mass.
step-2
With raisins to drain the water, squeeze. Oranges wash, remove the peel, remove skin and white films, cut the pulp into small pieces (I have worked out the Golden rule orange "Except in the eyes, splash nowhere" :D )
step-3
Add to the egg mass of soft butter, salt, a little beat up.
step-4
Pour the sifted flour with the baking powder, add the raisins (always do that separately to roll raisins in the flour) and whisk. The dough turns thick.
step-5
Add to the mixture the zest and orange slices, stir gently with a spoon.
step-6
Designed for cupcake cupcake shape 25,5*11*7,5 cm (I round with a hole 22 cm). Lubricate the form of butter and put the dough and flatten (I have a little form sprinkled with breadcrumbs or flour).
step-7
Bake in preheated to 190C degree oven for 45-60 minutes, depending on shape. In the round shape I was baked 45 minutes in a rectangular 60.
step-8
The finished cake to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. It is better to eat the next day or wait 6 hours before you cut, otherwise it will crumble a little, and rises after standing for some time and will taste better. Bon appetit)
step-9
Well, this morning the beauty outside the window...) by the Way, is still beautiful, the snow is not showered from the trees)
step-10
