Pumpkin tiramisu
Cream air cream, pumpkin puree, ginger, nutmeg with a hint of coffee and brandy, gives a unique dessert before which is hard to resist. If you are interested, then come on in and get to health.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    500 g

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

  • Brandy

    3 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Biscuit

    150 g

Pumpkin puree, cream and mascarpone should stand a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge before you start making the dessert. Mascarpone, cream and icing sugar to bring in a mixer to a thick cream

After you obtain a thick cream, not proryva operation of the mixer, add mashed pumpkin mixed with spices.

Prepare 6 glasses with a volume of 350ml. Break in half a biscuit dipped in coffee and rum and put on the bottom of a glass, cover with a layer of our pumpkin cream.

Repeat the same action again and send the dessert in the fridge.

Combine the cream with the icing sugar and whisk in a blender until airy and creamy. Cover the dessert glasses in the air butter cream, sprinkle with crushed nuts and sprinkle through a strainer ground cinnamon.
