Cooking
Mince tomatoes, garlic and bell pepper.
Onion cut into half rings. In a deep saucepan or bucket to heat the oil, put back the onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Then to the onions add the chopped vegetables, sugar, salt and vinegar. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add beets, stir well and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 40 minutes.
Parsley chop and add to the beets, to stew for another 10 minutes.
Banks to sterilize (I heated in the convection oven for 5 minutes at a maximum temperature of), fill the beet salad and roll.
