Beet salad
Not everyone loves beets, but this salad has never, no one refused, the main thing is to try it! Great preparation for the winter. Or just a delicious appetizer to any table. Come in, look, and cook. Welcome)

Ingredients

  • Beets

    4 kg

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Pepper

    500 g

  • Parsley

    3 coup

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Vinegar

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

    500 ml

Cooking

Mince tomatoes, garlic and bell pepper.

Beets peel and grate.

Onion cut into half rings. In a deep saucepan or bucket to heat the oil, put back the onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes.

Then to the onions add the chopped vegetables, sugar, salt and vinegar. Boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add beets, stir well and simmer on low heat, stirring frequently for 40 minutes.

Parsley chop and add to the beets, to stew for another 10 minutes.
