I would like to dedicate a recipe cheerful primorochka - Svetlana (miss). I've been looking for sweet recipes using sumac and desperate for, I decided to write my own. It cakes with a base of sweet meringue, tangy taste which makes a sumac, with a layer of cherry cream (mascarpone for Svetlana, of course not, but the cherry left).
