Butter cake with plums
Today, September 1! Daughter asked to celebrate with a festive cake. Rewrote the recipe many years ago from the cookbook of a friend, and here was his hour. Very fast, simple and delicious! Similar recipes on the site is, but mine has no oil or butter, due to which, in my opinion, it was more airy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Drain

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

Cooking

Beat the eggs with sugar in a magnificent mass.

Pour the cream, add vanilla sugar, beat again.

Pour into a mixture of flour mixed with soda and mix well our dough

Form for baking grease with oil. Pour into it the dough and arrange the plums, cut into four parts. I had large plums, so I cut into 8 pieces

Bake our pie at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. I sprinkle did not have time :)
