Vasil gingerbread
Dear cooks, I propose you the recipe of Vasilievsky price. This recipe gave my mother's friend. While still a student she often baked. Prepared for the first time and immediately share the recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Brew half a Cup of black strong tea. Cool. In a deep bowl add the egg, sugar. And whisk until white. For my taste too much sugar, next time I'll use a half Cup. In each recipe, encourage chefs to try the dough on the sugar, because all tastes are different!

Add jam. My mother's friend recommends to add the black currant jam, but you can add any. I had an Apple.

Add the oil

The cooled tea, and soda.

Grind nuts and add to the dough. I had some walnuts and peanuts.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

The gingerbread is ready! You can leave it, but you can cut and grease after cooling, any cream.

I recommend to impregnate the gingerbread cream: sour cream+powdered sugar. It turns out very tender and delicious! I'm still between the cakes put the cherry.
