Cooking
For pancakes mix all the ingredients (the dough should be like yogurt ) and leave in a warm place for about 30-40 min.
Bake pancakes on a hot pan, each time lubricating oil and making a pancake the size respectively of a form that will bake a pie. You get about 8-9 pieces.
Mix the cheese, yolks, sugar and corn flour. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to firm peaks. Gently mix the two masses.
Form of grease with butter and put a thin layer of the curd mass and a pancake. Lubricate again with the cheese mass, put a pancake and so on until the end.
The top layer should be the cheese mass. Align the sides.
Bake at t=180 for about 40 mins until Golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
Heat the cream and dissolve the chocolate. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, add the soft butter and powdered sugar. Mix well, apply on the cake and smoothed out. Decorate to Your taste.
