Recipe taken from "hausfrauen. de" we've tested and found worthy of attention. Flavorful juicy meat with colorful vegetables can be submitted on the holiday table.

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces (I had Turkey), put on sheet and season with salt
The second layer - sliced rings leeks
Then pineapple without syrup
Sliced paprika, salt
Green peas without liquid
Sliced mushrooms (can be canned)
In the ketchup add the curry powder, a little chili and cream, mix well and pour the top layer of vegetables. Close the lid or foil and send in the oven at 200* for 1.5 hours.
After 1 hour of baking, remove foil and continue to bake another 30 minutes until tender.
For a side dish you can serve boiled potatoes or rice.
