Buckwheat patties
Very simple and will fit into the period of advent

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    250 g

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Butter

Cooking

Boil buckwheat and lentils (pour three cups of water and cook until complete evaporation of water on low heat) and allow to cool.

Put in a lot of eggs and stir with a blender.

Add oil, 3 tablespoons cornmeal, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste

Another mix with a blender until the mixture becomes approximately the same as in this photo

To make circles and roll in corn flour, to form cutlets and to fry from two parties on vegetable oil

Serve with mashed potatoes.
