Unusual, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Mince: buckwheat, beef, bread, onion, and mushrooms. Mix well. Add salt, pepper, spices and egg yolk. Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil. Red pepper cut into thin strips.
