Baked potatoes with cheese cap
The filling of fragrant Basil, garlic, tomatoes under a cheese crust baked potato.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Basil

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Wash potatoes with a brush, boil in salted water until almost cooked. Cut each into 2 parts, with a spoon to remove part of the flesh.

That took out the potatoes, crush with a fork, add the chopped garlic and chopped Basil.

Tomatoes pour over boiling water and remove skin. To cut, remove grains and finely chop. Add sour cream (I used yogurt) and stir the mixture well salted and pepper.

With the mixture stuff the potato halves, place them on a greased baking sheet.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Fragrant and delicious potatoes are ready. Can be used as a side dish, and can as a separate dish. Bon appetit!
