Spicy, sweet and salty ice cream with the taste of blue cheese... the Combination is quite unusual and when I found this interesting recipe, then some doubts that he is closer to a dessert or snack. But, however, serves French to the table for dessert a cheese plate and what we are, in this case, worse than the French? Isn't it?!

Cooking
Melt in a saucepan the honey to a liquid consistency.
Crumble with your hands or finely chop the cheese into a deep bowl.
Detachable two egg yolks, whisk them with the brown sugar until whitening, in a magnificent mass.
Heated milk is brought to boiling, but boiling is not given, immediately remove from heat.
Pour a thin stream of hot milk into whipped with sugar yolks, pour back into saucepan and cook until thick.
Pour the thickened cream to the chopped cheese, stir. The cheese will melt, but not completely, will remain small pieces. You can leave, but if their presence you do not like cheese, strain the mixture through a sieve.
Pour liquid honey and heavy cream, stir.
Pour chilled mixture into container or ice cream maker. Two hours later, get ice cream and mix manually or with a blender.
When serving, pour the ice cream liquid honey and decorate with finely chopped salted pistachios, they are very appropriate.
Ice cream, of course, unusual, but if you decide to cook it, you will be pleasantly surprised by its rich and intense flavor.
