Cooking
In boiling water add rice (1 portion of rice, 3 portions of water), cook on a low heat, covered for 30 minutes, at the end of cooking salt.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the dried fruit: dried apricots, figs, soak in tea with bergamot or water. Apple cut into small cubes.

Pour salad poppy seed sauce and sprinkle with pistachios. Bon appetit!
