Description
Reading on different sites about cooking the chicken cutlets with olives. I decided to make beef patties with olives. Happy with the result than with you and share.

Minced meat

Vegetable oil

Cooking
In forcemeat add the egg, passed through the press garlic, salt, pepper, knead well.
Grate cheese on a grater.
From the meat to form a cake. In the middle put a bit of cheese and olive.
To form cutlets, roll in flour.
Formed cutlets and fry in vegetable oil.
Put the finished meatballs on a baking sheet, top each cutlet put a slice of tomato.
And then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven to melt cheese. Serve with any side dish.
