Casserole
This recipe I took in the magazine "Love to cook", where for some reason he was called "Tortilla". Slightly changed the recipe and its name. The casserole turned out tender and tasty, so yum.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Coriander

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The mushrooms and onions chopped and fry until soft.

Potatoes cleaned, cut and fry until soft.

To connect potatoes with mushrooms and season with salt.

Beat eggs with sour cream, add salt, pepper, coriander.
