Cooking
Sauté the mushrooms until tender (salt and pepper)
Onions chop and add the mushrooms (when evaporated liquid)
Potatoes cut into large strips and fry until cooked (add salt at the end)
Fold the potatoes in a fireproof dish
On top of the mushrooms
Cheese, grated on a fine grater, sprinkle on top. And in the microwave for 3 min.
If doing in the oven, the potatoes and prepare the mushrooms until soft. And in the oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs.
