Gentle ice cream in pancakes
You're a fan of sweet? Then this recipe is for You. Delicious ice cream with prunes and almonds, wrapped in thin yeast pancake. Unusual? Yes! Good? Very!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    15 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Mascarpone

    200 g

  • White chocolate

    60 g

  • Condensed milk

    120 ml

  • Prunes

    40 g

  • Almonds

    40 g

Cooking

The milk is slightly warm.

To beaten eggs add milk, melted butter and white chocolate, sugar and yeast SAF-moment.

Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Pancakes bake on a dry pan on both sides until Golden brown.

Melt the white chocolate.

Prunes (previously soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes) cut into small pieces. Part roasted on a dry pan almonds cut in half, and some finely chop.

Mix mascarpone, white chocolate, condensed milk, prunes and almonds (and cut and crushed). If the mixture is very thick, add a little milk.

Apply the mixture on the pancake fairly thick layer.

Roll roll and wrap in foil.

Place in the freezer for 1.5 hours. Ready ice cream cut in half. (I still like to fry this ice cream on a dry pan from both sides. The taste of melted ice cream with the pancake is awesome)
