Bread pudding with plums
Ending the season of plums, offer to bake a delicious and quick pudding. At a minimum cost of time, products and effort will get a lot of pleasure from a fragrant and delicate pudding with plum stuffing under crispy!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Drain

    400 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

Yesterday's bread or loaf thinly slice into pieces of about 3X3 cm, plum wash, remove seeds and cut into quarters.

Three cloves crushed in a mortar.

In warm milk dissolve the salt and sugar, add eggs, beat with a whisk. Pour the sliced bread, stir and leave for a few minutes, until the liquid is absorbed.

Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with crushed crackers. The diameter of the shape 22 cm

Half of the grain mass put into a form, from above to lay out the plums, sprinkle them with cinnamon and crushed cloves. If plums are sour, you can sprinkle with sugar (1 tbsp).

Bake pudding in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
