Cooking

step-0
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn the oven to heat up to 175 degrees.
step-1
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. While the butter cools, in a separate container beat the eggs and white sugar until "fluffy" foam. The mixer I have it took 7 minutes. Gradually add the flour and vanilla sugar all mix gently. Add to the mix podostyvshimi oil and mix until smooth.
step-2
Cover the baking dish (I have 24 cm) baking paper and grease the sides with oil. Turn batter into a baking dish.
step-3
Wash and peel the apples. Remove seeds and cut into not very small pieces.
step-4
Evenly place apples on dough and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in pre-to 175 gradusov preheated oven for 25 minutes.
step-5
After 15 minutes, after put the pie in the oven, start to make Anguish (again, accent on "O" :) ). Over medium heat in a saucepan melt the butter and add the sugar. Then comes the flour and the almonds. Mix well. Before you remove the pan from the heat, add the milk and stir.
step-6
It's been 25 minutes and it's time to get the pie out of the oven. Then raise the oven temperature to 200 degrees. Evenly spread the hot Longing (don't forget the accent on "O"! :) ) on top of the pie and return it to the oven for 9-11 minutes. The cake will be browned, when the crust sacramentaries.
step-7
I advise you to try to apply pie with vanilla ice cream, although we homyachim for both cheeks! :) Bon appetit! PS In Swedish the name of this pie sounds like "Toscakaka [tokikake]" so what's wrong with the accent in the name is not so scary... :)
