Cottage cheese-raspberry pie
Delicious cake with soft, curd-raspberry filling and a crumbly dough. Prepare it easier, and eating is a pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

Cooking

If raspberries are frozen, then remove it from the fridge and put it in the Cup that it slightly thawed.

Measure out the cereal and other ingredients for the dough.

All the ingredients for the dough put it into the blender.

Knead the dough. You can do it as well manually.

Form grease with oil and spread it 2/3 of the dough distributing it on the form and making edges. The rest of the dough put it in the freezer. Put on the dough raspberries.

All the ingredients of the filling put in the blender, and pushing.

Pour cottage cheese and sour cream mixture pie.

Get the remaining dough from the freezer and grate on a coarse grater, making the top of the pie. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
