Bread with cheese and Provencal herbs
This fluffy bread with a crispy crust, there is one drawback - it is impossible to stay in waiting when cool. We broke off and ate with butter, washed down with delicious tea. In the end, only cooled half)))

  • Rye flour

    120 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    120 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Seasoning

    1.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Place ingredients in KHP: first, a liquid (milk, oil)...

Then dry ( sugar, all kinds of flour and the yeast last). Set the desired program: I have a whole grain bread, weight 750g, crust - medium
