Description
The cake turns out very tender, a little bit more like not even on the pie and cake. Cherry pie gives a light acidity, chocolate glaze perfectly complements the pie. I suggest you try it.

Cooking
For the dough: beat the butter, sugar and eggs
Add the cocoa, flour mixed with baking powder and mix with a mixer on low speed. Add the cherries (without juice, a little pre-squeeze the cherry). Stir with a spatula to cherry distributed throughout the dough.
For the filling: cottage cheese whipped with sugar and eggs. Add starch and mix well.
Form for baking (diameter I 26 cm) spread a thin layer of vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.
A large part of the test spread on the bottom, flatten and put the entire curd.
Cheese put remaining dough and gently flatten. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 50 minutes.
For the icing melt the chocolate and butter (about 30 seconds), mix well until dissolved.
The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and remove from the mold. Pour glaze and put them in the cold for another hour to let the glaze set. The finished cake cut into slices and served to the table. Bon appetit!
