Cooking
We are preparing our dessert with cottage cheese (I had low fat - very very good, but can get oily), eggs, apples, cinnamon and cranberry.
Apples are cleaned from the core and finely chop. Add the cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar. Stir and set aside. Apples should let the juice. :-)
Whisk eggs and add cheese (reserve a little for brushing), add two tablespoons of sugar.
Cookie cutters (I had foil) spread a little of the cheese to cover the bottom and sides. Put some apples.
Put on top of the cottage cheese to hide the apples. Greased egg.
And in the oven! Until slightly Golden cheese. Take out, let cool, pour cranberry sauce. I was ready mashed with sugar cranberries. Call all home to the table!!! Bon appetit!
