Potato-millet shepherd's pie
Shepherd's pie - one of the favorite dishes of my family. Once cooked mashed potatoes with millet we were pleasantly surprised by the taste, so I decided to prepare your favorite Shepherd's pie with potato-millet mashed potatoes. The cake turned out very tasty, tender and appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Millet

    0.5 pack

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Carrots

    70 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    150 ml

Cooking

Golden millet in cooking bags of TM "Mistral" boil in boiling water for 25 minutes.

Boil potatoes, add 1/2 package of prepared millet, grated cheese, cream, salt, nutmeg, and protein.

All grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Onions and carrots and fry, add finely chopped chicken, simmer for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste, broth, salt, Basil and simmer for another 5 minutes.

On the bottom of the form for baking put the stuffing.

Put on top mashed potatoes, you can brush with remaining egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
