Fish lovers want to dedicate! The recipe is very easy menu to offer! So delicious and simple, not a lot of cost! And the batter will cook and the marinade! All air, tender, juicy! For more urgent need! And certainly not in vain! The fish we love friends!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    300 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Parsley

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare marinade: mix salt, pepper, sugar

Add 1-2st. tablespoons of lemon juice, chopped parsley, spices.

Cod fillet wash, dry, cut into small convenient pieces, mix with marinade and leave for 1-3hours stand

When the fish rises, prepare the batter: mix the milk with flour and egg

Add sugar, baking powder and a little salt
