Cooking
A bag of rice TM Mistral boil until tender.
Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater.
Zucchini cut into small slices, thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Fry in vegetable oil onions and carrots for 2-3 minutes.
Add the vegetables to the mince, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add boiled rice, salt and pepper to taste. Stew for 1 minute.
Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Place a layer of zucchini, season with salt and pepper to taste. You can add any spices.
For the zucchini spread a layer of minced meat with rice and vegetables.
Then place another layer of zucchini and tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Next layer the ground beef with rice and vegetables.
Beat eggs with a fork with the milk.
