Cake with white and dark chocolate
A cake I made based on the already existing recipe for "Zebra". The proportion of other. Added white chocolate and cocoa had replaced the dark chocolate. The cake loose with a natural chocolate flavour. No added flavorings.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    220 g

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sugar, flour, soda, salt and citric acid are poured into a bowl. Put sour cream.

The rest of the ingredients.

Whipped eggs and melted butter. Poured into a bowl with the flour.

Whipped with a mixer. The dough as for pancakes.

Divided the dough into two containers. Melted dark chocolate, poured it in the bowl with the dough and cook it.

In another bowl, with the dough poured melted white chocolate and stirred. The chocolate melted in the microwave. Added to each ramekin with chocolate on a spoon milk.
