Grate the fresh pumpkin on a small grater
Mix with pumpkin flour and salt - it turns out very nice and elastic dough. Tie his hands in the cake - grease with vegetable oil, fold the dough envelope - 2 times. Repeat entire procedure 2 more times. The dough rests in the fridge while preparing the filling. Then put it in the oiled pan, and stretch the fingers and forming the edges.
Boil the mushrooms, chop them along. Cut the spinach and onions.
Mushrooms, onions and spinach and fry until cooked in vegetable oil, add salt to taste and pepper. The filling spread on the dough, close the sides.
Cake bake at 190 gr. in about 40 minutes.
