Description
Did for the winter "Eggplants in ajike" and a little bit left. Came up with this idea to make pizza with them: a cheese sauce to use as a spicy sauce (I make a pretty spicy adjika with hot pepper), and eggplant instead of mushrooms.

Cooking
Take a handy for kneading dough capacity, add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, spices, add the butter
Knead the dough (if the dough turns out very cool, podravje a bit of room temperature water)
Zamatyvaem the dishes with the dough with film and leave to come for an hour
Prepare the filling for pizza. Brisket, pork chops and sausage sliced as you like (I cut large plates), sausages and tomatoes cut into circles. Pepper - rings. RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
Meanwhile, the dough came
We divide it into two parts and put them in one package and in the refrigerator (for later, for the second pizza)
Roll out thinly the dough is transported on a baking sheet and with your fingers shape the sides
Grease the cake cheese, cut and lay the eggplant out of the preparations for the winter (if you haven't done "Eggplants in ajike", then just brush the crust with the sauce, and the eggplant has been lightly fry)
Next, put the tomatoes, bell pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Put into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees
