Pizza with eggplants in adjika
Did for the winter "Eggplants in ajike" and a little bit left. Came up with this idea to make pizza with them: a cheese sauce to use as a spicy sauce (I make a pretty spicy adjika with hot pepper), and eggplant instead of mushrooms.
