Honey cakes with walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

  • Walnuts

The sour cream with the softened margarine and sugar, mix well, add eggs, warmed honey, vanilla, flour, soda. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough and mold to squeeze gingerbread, decorate with walnuts. Bake in a well heated oven at 200 C until Golden brown.
