Cooking

step-0
Crank grinder all the ingredients, except the yogurt. Meat.
step-1
Cabbage.
step-2
Bow. Sun-dried tomatoes.
step-3
Carrots in Korean. (can be plain)
step-4
Mushrooms. Or any other mushrooms to Your taste.
step-5
Add 2 eggs, spices, salt. Here's a interesting still life.
step-6
Well, not lazy, knead the dough.
step-7
Melt the oil in a pan for frying. I really like melted butter.
step-8
Formed small patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs and spread on a pan.
step-9
Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
step-10
Spread on top of the yogurt. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until tender, about 30 minutes.
step-11
Cutlets are ready!!! You get quite a lot of liquid, this is a wonderful gravy for pork chops. You can sprinkle the cakes with greens when serving!!!
step-12
In view of the fact that to fry several pans of meatballs was a little busy and very lazy, the rest of the meat I loaded into the slow cooker.
step-13
And set the mode cakes for 1 hour. Since the power and nuances of each multi their own, guided by my slow cooker!!!
step-14
Yogurt in the slow cooker I added. The result: the meatballs in the pan turned out more tender with a good quantity of delicious sauce, and great chicken of the multi came out more spicy, and no excess fluid. We could not decide which version I liked more, but the youngest daughter voted for the gravy!!!
