Festive holiday cheesecake
Vatrushki out very tender and airy. The recipe is very simple, from everyday products. I recommend to anyone!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Sift the flour, pour yeast

Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar

Then add the egg, milk and knead the dough (sticky hands)

Cover with a towel and in a warm place (1.5 hours)
