Cooking
Sift the flour, pour yeast
Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar
Then add the egg, milk and knead the dough (sticky hands)
Cover with a towel and in a warm place (1.5 hours)
Prepare the filling: cottage cheese to add sour cream, egg, raisins and mix well
Podoshedshee the dough is spread on a table sprinkled with flour, and divide into 6 equal parts
Roll the dough to a thickness of approximately 5 mm, cut plate circles for cheesecakes.
Of the remaining dough formed plaits, braids and put on the circles.
Put the stuffing, brush with egg. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 min.
