Chocolate pancakes with yogurt
Tasty, tender pancakes that can be combined with vanilla ice cream, fresh fruit, berries or any filling of Your choice.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    350 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs in a bowl

Add a pinch of salt and beat with an egg beater

Add cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat the mass

Sift the flour, pour the yogurt, hydrated soda, mix well. At the end add the oil and beat until smooth. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour, can be overnight. Before baking stir well the batter.

The pan good heat, pour a little vegetable oil and add a knob of butter. Rotate the pan so that the oil completely covered the bottom. Mix the dough, pour into the pan one ladle or a little less. The dough should cover the bottom of the pan. Fry without touching the pancake for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to separate from pan. Pry out with a spatula and flip. Fry other side for 1-2 minutes.
