Cottage cheese pie
Very useful, beautiful and tasty casserole! Not even fans of the pumpkins will appreciate its true value.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel, cut into cubes, place them on a baking tray lined with foil, bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (readiness check the pinned plugs).

Cooked pumpkin to blend. Add 1 egg, 3 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp semolina. Mix well.

To the cream cheese also add 1 egg, 3 tbsp sugar, cereal, 1.5 tbsp semolina, lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Give a little stand, so swollen semolina (10-15 minutes).

Detachable form for baking (18 cm) lay a parchment, grease with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and begin to lay out layers. First, even layer of pumpkin, top with small curds, then again, pumpkin, etc. repeat layers.

Bake in preheated to 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool, then remove from the mold. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
