Buckwheat with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

I took chicken thighs. Removed the bone and cut the meat not too small pieces..

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Keep aside.

Cut into small cubes (about 1.5 cm) young zucchini or zucchini, peeled from kojici eggplant, onions.
