Description
I suggest to try another version of the dessert with pumpkin. As such, the pumpkin is reminiscent of marmalade.

Cooking
Pumpkin peel and cut into small cubes, place into the appropriate baking form.
Lemon zest to RUB on a small grater. From half of a lemon squeeze the juice.
Pumpkin sprinkle with sugar, mix well. I used cane sugar TM Mistral. Put bake in a preheated 180 deg oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the form and sprinkle the pumpkin with cardamom and zest, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well. Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Cooked pumpkin to cool, taste to water, liquid honey and stir. In bowl put ice cream on top of pumpkin. Can be fed.
