Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Three proteins separately write and put into the refrigerator.
Beat the egg yolks with 1 Cup sugar.
That's what should happen.
1 tablespoon vinegar Gasim 1 teaspoon (no slides) of soda. Pour in the egg yolks.
Add the softened butter. Beat with a mixer.
Add the sifted flour. Knead the dough first in the bowl, and then on the table. The dough is very sticky, but the flour to add more is not necessary. With silicone blades this is very easy to handle.
It turned out the bun. Wrap the package and put it in the freezer for 25 minutes.
Lubricate the form of vegetable oil.
After lying in the freezer, the dough became very stiff. Even out its shape with hands and rolling pin, giving it the big bumpers.
Nuts do not need to grind or break. Stacked on the entire surface of the dough.
In my case, thick raspberry jam. Smear a spoonful of the jam nut, slightly pressing them into the dough.
Grind in a coffee grinder 1 Cup sugar. Removed from the refrigerator three proteins. Begin whisking the whites with a mixer, gradually increasing speed of mixer. When the foam is sufficiently lush, gradually pour powdered sugar, continuing to whisk. The result is a foam that doesn't fall from the spoon and holds its shape well.
Gloss over protein mass our cake. With a spoon I shaped of the waves. ATTENTION!! Put the pie in a pre-heated 250* oven for 2-5 minutes. One is the mode of "convection" (fan) - perfect. The top of the pie immediately grasped and will not fall off. Then I switch the mode of the oven "just a bottom", lower the temperature to 180* and bake until done to a nice Golden sand color. (time depends on the oven, took me about 25-30 minutes) So the cake from the bottom begins to rise and decent increases in volume, and the top doesn't burn.
It looks like the pie is ready.
Cool pie and serve! Lovers of sweet, homemade cakes have a nice tea party!
