Cooking
Softened butter, eggs and sugar beat with a mixer.
Bananas peeled and slightly mashed with a fork. I repeat: the bananas should be very ripe!
To the oil weight, add banana pulp and
the crushed pulp of avocado.
Beat until smooth consistency.
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
Have a cookie. Not necessarily take the same thin as me.
Pour a third of the batter into the form. (the dough turns out a lot, so need a big form) and spread on it a layer of cookies. I have a form 22х10см, height 6cm.
Pour the second part of the dough and lay another layer of biscuits. Pour remaining batter on top of cookies and
bake the cake in a preheated 170-180C oven for 35-45 minutes. Let cool slightly and slice with a sharp knife into serving pieces. If you add to the dough cocoa, and cookies to take bright cupcake will look even more spectacular!
