The Armenian scrambled eggs
The recipe of this egg told me my neighbour is Armenian. Said the so-called Armenian eggs. Probably we all tried a version of such eggs, but I didn't know she was Armenian.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Spices

First wash the greens and tomato. Tomatoes we shall cut cubes or slices. The greens will shake and finely chop.

In a pan melt the butter, add the herbs, tomato and fry it all together.

Separately in a bowl break eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and a little that will beat into a soft mousse.

Pour the egg mixture to the tomatoes.

Cover with a lid and tormented on low heat until tender.
