Rice casserole with mushrooms and tomatoes
Very tasty and, in my opinion, quite quick to prepare casserole with ease perfect for lunch and for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cook rice and spread in a greased form. I used rice Orient TM Mistral. Salt and spices are added in the process to your liking.

The rice to distribute the stuffing and put the marinated mushrooms.

Lay the sliced tomatoes.

Separately fry the flour with butter. Pour in the milk and stir well.

In the beaten egg pour the milk-flour mixture and stir. You can add a bit of greenery.

Pour the casserole mixture.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
