Pumpkin cookies
Pumpkin – healthy product, rich in vitamins, trace elements and minerals. I invite you to taste a flavored soft biscuits of pumpkin puree.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Banana

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cranberry

    60 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.66 cup

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Purified pumpkin cut into slices, boil in little water until soft.

From the pumpkin to drain the water, cool, add chopped banana, blend it in a blender.

In mashed potatoes add vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce (I TM Kikkoman). A lot whisk until homogenous.

In a separate bowl sift flour, soda, baking powder, spices and mix well.

To connect puree and dry ingredients. Add cranberries and pre-steamed raisins. The dough should be medium thickness, not run off the spoon to keep the shape.

The dough with a spoon on the baking tray lined with paper or silicone Mat. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (until dry matches).
