Cooking
For preparation, you can take any bold fish. I used the Kuril perch. The fish clean.
Cut the carcass along the spine of the fish, pour lemon juice and soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Set aside to marinate.
Take leeks (white part), cut into rings. Finely chop the garlic and dill.
Mix the onion, garlic and dill, pour lemon juice and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Take fish and for one half, apply the mixture of leeks.
Put on top of the other half of the fish. Tie the fish with arrows of the green onions. Put perch baked on barbeque grill for 15 minutes. At home bass, you can also bake in the oven on grill at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serving perch, the grill hot with lemon wedges. Enjoy your holiday!
