Chocolate brownie with cream cheese
I want to share with you my brownie recipe, it's different technology from classic and completely without the addition of chocolate. View maybe you fit this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

Cooking

Cocoa powder, coffee and vanilla pour boiling water, mix well and leave to cool.

Butter room temperature, egg (please take out that it wasn't cold) and sugar beat with a mixer until smooth.

To the whipped mass add the sifted flour with the baking powder and again all beat with a mixer.

In the resulting mass pour in the cooled cocoa mixture and coffee. Whisk everything with a mixer until smooth.

In a greased and floured form ( I have a disposable cake pan 20 x 7 x 6 cm) pour the batter. bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Here is the finished brownie. After it has cooled slightly cut it into two layers.

Whisk cream cheese with powdered sugar and fluff them cakes.

Fluff cheesecake brownies decorate the top with icing sugar and cranberries.

After brownie stand 1 hour in a cool place (I was on the balcony) it can be cut into portions and serve. Bon appetit.
