Oat balls with almonds
For fans of oatmeal cookies, and offer your Christmas version!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Powdered sugar

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

Oatmeal fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.

Cereal to cool and grind using a blender.

In a bowl and milled cereals to add pieces of softened margarine or butter, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.

Knead a tight dough and leave it to rest for 30-60 minutes.

Beat egg with a whisk (I had egg whites, so I used it). Almonds are roughly ground. From test Tamil a piece and make a ball the size of a walnut or if you prefer, in a small flapjack. Dip the ball in egg.

And then from all sides roll in almond crumbs.

The balls spread out on the laid paper baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Ready balls are put into small paper molds for chocolates or muffins.
