Cottage cheese pancakes with rice cereal and fruit
A great combination of cheese, rice cereal, pears and plums in sweet pancakes that can be prepared for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    9 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Drain

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Pour the half Cup of rice flakes of TM"Mistral"

Pour into a bowl and pour 100 ml of hot milk (I heated in the microwave 40 seconds). Cover with a plate and leave to swell for 3 minutes

In another bowl, mix the cottage cheese, sand, remaining milk, eggs,3st. L. Rast. oil, flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla

Pear and plum cut into small pieces (the fruit should be ripe, but not overripe)

Rice flakes during this time has swollen and become soft

Add to the curd cut fruits and soaked rice flakes

Mix well and, if necessary, add flour. The batter should be of medium thickness

Fry on both sides until Golden brown. Serve with favorite toppings of your choice - I have caramel condensed milk. A nice Breakfast!
