Cooking
1. In a Cup mix the sifted flour, coconut, semolina, sugar, and baking powder.
2. In the bowl of a blender mix the eggs, vegetable oil, juice and jam.
3. To the butter mixture gradually add flour. stirring with a spatula. Pour the dough in a detachable form 26 cm preheat the Oven to 180C.
4. Bake the pie for 20 minutes. Then remove the cake. gently spread on top of berries and bake approximately 30 minutes, until dry sticks.
5. While the cake is cooked, prepare the syrup. In the bucket mix the sugar with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove the cake from the oven, pour on top of the syrup and leave to cool.
6. Then remove the cake from the mold. slice and enjoy. Bon appetit!
